At Tiny Flock Aviary, Our guarantee is to make sure your bird is in good health when leaving from here. If you see there is a problem with your bird, please let us know immediately. And if a bird should become ill or die within the first 14 days, it is your responsibility to notify us. Our Guarantee is only valid if the bird has been examined by an avian/certified Veterinarian within the time given above. If the Veterinarian says that the bird dies or became ill by injury or neglected there will be no guarantee. The guarantee only applies when a bird dies or becomes ill from disease. Our guarantee at Tiny Flock Aviary’s is to fully refund your money back or we will replace of the same kind or value.
